​Job Summary
We are hiring proactive and target-driven Field Sales Executives to join our on-ground sales team in Bhubaneswar. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying prospective clients, generating leads through field visits and cold calling, and closing sales to drive business growth.
​Key Responsibilities
​Field Prospecting & Cold Calling: Conduct on-ground visits, cold calls, and client meetings across assigned territories in Bhubaneswar to source new business opportunities.
​Lead Generation: Build and maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients, following up consistently with inbound and outbound leads.
​Product Pitching & Negotiation: Present and demonstrate products/services effectively, understand customer requirements, negotiate commercial terms, and close deals.
​Relationship Management: Establish strong, long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
​Reporting & Target Achievement: Maintain daily field visit logs, update lead statuses, and consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
​Qualifications & Requirements
​Education: 12th Pass / Any Graduate.
​Experience: 0–2 years of experience in field sales, direct sales, or business development (enthusiastic freshers with strong communication skills are welcome to apply).
​Skills: Strong negotiation, convincing abilities, active listening, and relationship-building skills.
​Language: Proficiency in Odia and Hindi; basic working knowledge of English is an advantage.
​Other Requirements: A two-wheeler with a valid driving license is preferred for field travel.
