Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Retail Store Manager to oversee daily store operations at our Khammam outlet. In this role, you will lead the in-store team, ensure smooth POS billing, maintain accurate inventory levels, and deliver exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Daily Store Operations: Open and close the store, maintain cleanliness, visual merchandising, and ensure high operational standards.
POS & Billing: Handle Point of Sale (POS) software, process customer transactions accurately, manage daily cash flow, and tally day-end sales reports.
Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, handle stock intake, conduct routine audits, minimize shrinkage/damage, and coordinate replenishment.
Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and guide sales floor staff, assign daily duties, and drive team sales targets.
Customer Service: Address customer queries, handle complaints effectively, and ensure an overall positive shopping experience.
Qualifications & Requirements
Education: Any Graduate (Degree in any discipline).
Experience: Prior experience in retail sales, cashiering, or supervisory roles is preferred (fresh graduates with strong leadership skills may apply).
Skills: Proficiency in operating POS billing software, basic computer/MS Excel knowledge, and inventory tracking.
Competencies: Strong communication, interpersonal, and team management skills.
Language: Fluency in Telugu; basic English or Hindi is a plus.
